CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER ( CMO )  – 01

 

To develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.To align marketing efforts with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.To lead and manage the marketing department, ensuring alignment with company priorities.To oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER ( CFO )  – 01 

 

To lead the financial analysis to assess business performance and provide actionable insights to the executive team. Ensure compliance with financial standards, regulations, and internal policies. To monitor financial trends and provide reports on potential risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. To manage capital structure, including debt, equity, and cash reserves, to support operational needs and growth. To manage the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCE’S OFFICER ( CHRO )  – 01

 

To develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, values, and business goals. To provide strategic direction and leadership for all HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and organizational development. To lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation, ensuring a smooth transition during periods of growth, restructuring, or cultural shifts, emphasizing collaboration, transparency, and inclusion. To act as key advisor to the CEO and executive team on HR-related matters, ensuring HR strategies support overall company objectives.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (CEA)  – 01

 

To provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO / Founder, ensuring their schedules, communications, and meetings are managed efficiently.To act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive office with professionalism and discretion.To coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.To prepare and review documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO / Founder.
